I just returned from my new favorite American city — Seattle.
I was there visiting my good friend, Ann. I had visited Seattle about 15 years ago but I was in a “divorce coma” at the time and hardly remember anything about it.

I’m eating lunch from the garden today.
Well, mostly. Lunch will be fresh basil picked from my own garden, paired with fresh tomatoes from my parents’ garden, plus delicious Italian Burrata.
If you haven’t had Burrata, you must try it. Even Trader Joe’s has it. Burrata is a medium-sized ball of fresh mozzarella with cream in the middle.
