  Down Economy Aids Pasta’s Tarnished (Weight Loss) Image

With all the losses occurring in this down economy, one apparent winner is pasta, which until recently suffered a tarnished image during the “No Carbs” craze.
Sales of our favorite food are up as people try to stretch their food dollars by exchanging noodles for more costly items, such as meat, according to recent news reports.
